📋 Appointment, Cancellation & No-Show Policy
A $20 deposit is required to confirm your appointment and will be applied toward your final service total.
• Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice via text to 917-495-1608.
• Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred once with 24-hour notice.
• Clients who cancel within 24 hours or no-show will forfeit their deposit and may be asked to pay in full to rebook.
• Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in rescheduling or a late fee. More than 20 minutes late is considered a no-show.
• In the case of a no-show, not only will the deposit be forfeited, but full payment will be required in advance to secure any future appointments.💳 Payment Policy
• We accept cash, Zelle, and Venmo.
• A 4.5% service tax applies to Venmo/Zelle payments for services, and 8.875% sales tax on product purchases.
• All payments, including deposits, are non-refundable.⚠️ Liability Waiver
• While we strive to deliver beautiful, consistent results, each individual's skin and hair may respond differently.
• If you have recently undergone eyelid surgery, permanent makeup, or are on medication that may affect your skin, please consult with us before booking.
• Following all pre- and post-care instructions is essential to achieve the best results
• Please note that certain medications (such as Accutane, antibiotics, or topical retinoids), health conditions (such as diabetes, autoimmune disorders, or active skin issues), and recent treatments (chemical peels, sunburn, etc.) may make you ineligible for waxing or other services.
You will be asked to complete a full health questionnaire in the consent form prior to your appointment.
